Return Eligibility

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns Due to Dakinaa Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Returns for Personal Reasons: If you are returning an item for reasons other than those eligible under our policy, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Do not attempt to repair or alter the item as this will void any return eligibility.

Special Circumstances

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with returning items. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” to avoid customs fees.

Lost Returns

Final Sale Items

Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.
